THE INTRO
This is where it all starts. Let’s get to know each other. In this session we’ll assess your current skill level, set your goals and build a personalised plan to help you improve. With a variety of drills to assess technical and physical qualities it’s about getting to know you and where we can find that extra 5%.

THE CRAFT
Now we’ve identified our goals, lets work together to target both strengths and weaknesses of the technical side of the game to really help you stand out. From weak foot mastery to 1v1 defending and everything in between we’ll work through the fundamentals to give you the confidence to perform on the field.

THE EDGE
Having just the skills isn’t enough. Can you use them in an ever increasing physical game? The edge sessions focus around physicality with an emphasis on pushing limits of physical capacity for gains across 5 key physical components: strength, agility, cardiovascular endurance, speed and balance.
